Tried this place as a walk in for my shoulder and neck tightness and pain. They suggested a chair massage by time if I wanted a massage focused on a certain area. Went ahead with the chair massage for my neck and shoulders and it was a great experience. I was attended to right away because of my timing. As expected, the massage was a little tender at times, but my shoulder tightness and pain was almost gone immediately after. Brenda was the lady that did my massage and she is great at what she does. They seemed busy because at least 3 or 4 people came in while I was there and they were attended to pretty quickly. Reasonable prices and good location. Would recommend for an unplanned massage.

I’ve been coming here for years and generally have had good experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I took an hour off work to drive from Cedar Rapids to Coralville for a 90-minute relaxing massage, and my time and money are both very valuable to me. The therapist used very little pressure on my neck and put almost no real effort into working out tension, even though I typically prefer deep tissue. To be fair, I did not speak up during the session, but the overall technique still felt off. Most of the time was spent scratching my head and massaging my face, which felt odd and not relaxing. What bothered me most was that he massaged my feet and then my face, which felt unsanitary and uncomfortable. None of the massage felt good or therapeutic, and I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. I still tipped because the staff seemed overworked, but the service did not match the time, cost, or the positive experiences I’ve had here in the past. The moral of the story is to advocate for yourself and speak up when something doesn’t feel right. I shouldn't have tipped as much as I did. These massage therapists need to learn how to say no. Quality over quantity. I guess people still have to pay the base rate no matter what so I get why quantity matters but at the expense of losing customers 🤷‍♀️ Barely had time to waste to write this. Note: Gloves were not worn during any part of this massage.

I took my husband here for Father's Day. They were kind. I can't even explain how wonderful this was. I like a lot of pressure on my massages and so does my husband. I've been to spas and they don't compare to how deep they massage. I got the benefit of having the man and woman massage me and they both had incredible pressure and accuracy with determining where my knots were. I've been dying to go back and will do regularly now that I have rearranged my budget. It is completely worth the other stuff I cut out.

If you like a deep tissue massage this was wonderful! I did a 2 hour massage, and I was in heaven. Everything was very clean and felt like a safe environment. Love that they take walk-ins. My usual massage therapist is a 6 month waiting list so if you are in pain and need relief it's a great option.

A relatively good massage location of this type, namely a walk in, mall massage. Obviously not as good as a spa, or dedicated massage therapist, but those often have to be scheduled days or weeks out. This place you can get a reasonable massage on about 75% of the cost of a spa, and do it on a whim. Bit of a language difficulty using it though, and the website, which is down at the time of writing, doesn't include prices or a service listing. So a bit on the extreme side of preference for walk in, impromptu customers vs those planning on visiting.
